Your dreams are your birthright.

Your dreams weren’t given to you just to collect dust in the “Maybe Later” Closet.

Let’s get those dreams out of the closet and into your life. For real.

I coach women who want to live more creative purpose, but right now feel frustrated instead.

There’s lots of reasons we women put our dreams off: we feel guilty, afraid, overwhelmed, or undeserving. We’re doing what we’re “supposed to” in hopes that someday, we’ll earn the permission to want something more.

What has “supposed to” actually ever gotten you?

Somehow, “supposed to” ended up with you losing parts of yourself along the way. Eventually, you can lose touch with what you really want, making you feel lost. Weren’t you “supposed to” have this all figured out by now?

It would be so great if someone would just give you a map, a compass, and a permission slip.

(And maybe a nap.)

(You probably know what I’m going to say next…the only person who can give you those things is you.

The good news is that the self-trust you crave is a skill you can learn.)

The desires and longings living in your heart matter. Even if you’re afraid. Even if you can’t articulate them yet.

“Follow your bliss.”  “Love yourself first.”  Yeah, that’s cute, but… kinda empty?  Because “doing what you love” just isn’t that easy.

You weren’t ever taught how to trust yourself, to know what you want and make it happen.

You may have been taught it’s bad to.

As a coach, I’m here to act as a guide as you draw your own map, learn to read your own compass, and craft your own permission slip. (I also encourage naps.)

I’m not going to sugarcoat it, but you’re probably tired of cheap and easy sells anyway: it’s hard to redefine the things you’ve learned about what it means to be a woman, a wife, a mother. It takes courage and self-trust to live your dreams.

First step: admitting the scary-honest truth:

You want more.

How did that feel to say? Exhilirating? Terrifying? Both? Guess what? Whatever you felt, you’ve started. Good for you!

If you choose to seek support from me, we’ll start with getting honest and clear about where you are, what you want, and what’s in the way. As we go, we’ll develop and practice self-trust and confidence in knowing what’s right for you, uniquely, as a whole person. We’ll look at ways to design your day-to-day life to support the process of making your dreams real. And I’ll share some compassionate tools for you to make your own as you learn to work with your challenges and take responsibility for your journey.

You can stop saying, “I always wanted to, but…”

and start saying, “I always wanted to, and now I am.”

I am a certified life coach and I work with makers and givers who want to figure out how their desires fit with the reality of their lives.

An initial “Exploration Session” with me is totally free and no obligation.  We’ll refine your goals and chat about the next steps.  If you have questions, go ahead and ask away!

If we decide to continue, I’ll send you materials that will give us a jump-start. Sessions are audio-only, using the free Zoom app, and booked using my online calendar.

Since coaching work is personalized, we work together toward your progress in a way designed to capitalize on your personality, process, and needs. Once we’ve had a chance to chat, I can make a suggestion of how to proceed.

Your most important job as a client is to bring all of you, with honesty, to this work. It’s my job as a coach to create a compassionate space that supports and challenges you.

Tell me, friend, has beating yourself up ever left you feeling proud, on purpose, and full of creative magic?

Let’s go from self-denial & doubt to courageous, confident, creative purpose.
